PG CENTER
Considering the demand from different stakeholders and to facilitate working class to pursue their Higher Studies, our college started PG Centre in the year 2015 by launching Master of Commerce programme. The PG Courses during evening duration was the brain child of H H Sri Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji. The PG Centre is able to promote the research culture and empower young minds by developing critical insights. The Centre over last Five years has produced many enthusiastic entrepreneurs, lecturers, bankers and professionals. CA,CS,CMA aspirants find the Master degree offered during evening duration more feasible and the faculty members strive hard in achieving the vision laid down by H H Sri Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji.
LIBRARY
Our college has a library with over 26000 books, adding around 4000 books during the last 5 years and it has a flexible timing to encourage the reading habit among the students. Library has three computers with internet connection; and library services are computerized with Easy-Lib software. Library with large number of reference books, journals and issuing books. Addition of new books every year to meet the demand of students.
LANGUAGE LAB & INTERNET RESOURCE CENTRE
The college has a special language lab with 10 Computers. It was set up in the year 2010 under the UGC grant. The well equipped language lab facilitates to converse in English with ease and confidence and to impart training programme on computer related areas and applications to students. The computer centre is well equipped with good computer systems and it is being upgraded from time to time. The department of English is in charge of the laboratory.
AUDIO - VISUAL ROOM
The college has well equipped air conditioned audio visual hall with seating capacity of 100. This hall is exclusively for projection of educational films, power point presentation and live telecast of programmes. There is a vast collection of educational cassettes and CDs.
INDOOR STADIUM
The college is jointly using spacious Indoor stadium with Poornaprajna College. It has a shuttle badminton court, table tennis room, gymnasium, chess, carom and two rest rooms.
Today, commerce and business educatio are the second most attractive degree courses after engineering. This is due to the quick placement and attractive salary obtains by the candidates. Employers prefer commerce graduates because conceptual/theoretical knowledge of business is useful to the organizational activities and recruitment of such commerce degree candidates reduces the cost of training. To make it more attractive and practice oriented, our college has started a Commerce Lab and demonstrates the business activities.
The Commerce laboratory is a new concept, wherein students practice their theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom. In addition, students carry on more and more experiments. Mock commerce and business activities are undertaken in the laboratory. By this method of learning and practising, candidates will develop self-confidence in running a business profitably and understand the practical difficulties.
MINI AUDITORIUM
The college has a separate well arranged and spacious mini auditorium with the seating capacity of 150. Where important activities like seminar, workshop, guest talk, parents – teachers meeting and all other academic activities are held in this auditorium. This is jointly used by Poornaprajna College and our college.
AUDITORIUM
The college has a very big and well furnished auditorium where 1500 people can be seated. Programmes like Students union inauguration, college day, talents day etc are held in this auditorium.
PLAY GROUND
A high quality physical education at our college enables all our students to stay fit, healthy and succeed in many kinds of sports and games activities. The college has a big play ground which is adjacent to college building and which provide accessible physical activity opportunities to the students’ community.
